Guided Walk - Conservation Grazing in the Forest
Saturday 12 October, 10:00 - 12:00

Along with woodland creation, the Heart of England Forest features a mosaic of important habitats which are managed to conserve and enhance biodiversity. When it comes to grassland areas our livestock on the Forest farm play a significant management role. Sheep and cattle help us to improve our grasslands, through lying, trampling, dung and selective grazing benefiting bumblebees, reptiles, birds and more.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. This event is not suitable for dogs.
